At EOSDEN, accessible from eosde.net, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our affiliates/users. This Privacy Policy document contains the types of information that are collected and recorded by EOSDEN and how we use it.

SERVICE USAGE RESTRICTIONS
Affiliates and users should not post any solutions or reviews related to gambling, pornography, or other illegal and/or harmful, negative, insulting initiatives. In such case, EOSDEN core members may delete this content.
NCO Tokenomics Changes
NCO Tokens will revert back to the EOSDEN Smart Contract from an affiliate or a user as follows:
- User Account Unverified: All NCO rewards received will revert back to the EOSDEN Smart Contract from the affiliate’s or user’s account.
- Solution Deletion: All NCO rewards received will revert back to the EOSDEN Smart Contract from the affiliate’s account.
- Review Deletion: 25% of NCO rewards received from all reviews will revert back to the EOSDEN Smart Contract from the affiliate’s or user’s account.
EOSDEN RESPONSIBILITY
The EOSDEN Platform is only responsible for services provided (affiliates solutions adding, users rating solutions, users giving reviews, collaboration between affiliates, NCO rewards) to their affiliates/users and not for the outcome of any collaboration between affiliates and not for the affiliates and users utilization of the NCO token.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
EOSDEN’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Information we collect and the specific context in which we collect the information in order:
• EOSDEN to perform an on-chain contract with you (EOS Account Smart Contract: nova3mindweb)
• To sign an on-chain action executed by the Smart Contract initiated by the EOSDEN Platform
• To process your personal information
• EOSDEN comply with the GDPR
EOSDEN will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

LOG FILES
